Cancellation Policy
Poppin Art Studio | North Carolina Media Management By booking Media Management services with Poppin Art Studio, clients agree to the following: 1. Services We provide social media management, campaign branding, and creative media support. Specific scope and deliverables will be outlined in writing. 2. Agreement & Contract Requirement Clients must agree to this policy and sign a contract with Poppin Art Studio for services to continue. A working relationship is considered “good faith” only when both are completed. 3. Deposit & Rates A $50 deposit is required to secure services and is refundable if the relationship ends on good-faith terms. Services are billed at a minimum of $25 per hour, plus approved travel or meal expenses when applicable. 4. Payments & Termination Invoices are due as stated. Services may pause for non-payment. Either party may end services with reasonable notice; completed work and accrued hours remain payable. 5. Creative & Platform Disclaimer While we aim for strong results, performance on social platforms is not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. 6. Usage & Promotion Upon full payment, clients may use final deliverables for their business. Poppin Art Studio may showcase work for portfolio or marketing unless requested otherwise in writing. 7. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina. Booking services or submitting payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
