Poppin Art Studio LLC Terms & Conditions Agreement

 

By purchasing products, booking services, enrolling in classes, signing a service agreement, or otherwise conducting business with Poppin Art Studio LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits and down payments required for custom products, creative services, social media management, photography, videography, graphic design, artwork, event services, or other commissioned work are non-refundable once work has begun, materials have been ordered, or time has been dedicated to the project. For recurring services, including social media management, clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle; however, no refunds will be issued for the current service period once services have commenced or at least one deliverable has been completed. Completed services, digital products, customized work, advertising expenses, boosted social media posts, third-party fees, and design work are non-refundable. Any partial refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may only be approved at the sole discretion of the Owner of Poppin Art Studio LLC. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content, designs, and information provided before publication or final delivery. Any content created, posted, or managed on behalf of clients reflects the views and opinions of the client and does not necessarily represent the views, beliefs, opinions, or endorsements of Poppin Art Studio LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, or affiliates. Poppin Art Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline projects that violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, platform policies, or the Company's ethical standards. By checking this box, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that North Carolina law shall govern any disputes arising from your purchase or use of services provided by Poppin Art Studio LLC.
